ANMT is an advanced technique focused on relieving trigger points or knots that are causing pain in the body. The practitioner is trained and has a deep understanding of the muscles and nerves and where they refer pain in the body. The goal is to work with and resolve pain and disfunction in the body before it becomes an injury. ANMT summarized is a more pinpoint accurate version of deep tissue massage.
